Later, he was called to advise a $500 million Saudi private equity firm in distress.

Iyad holds dual degrees in Mathematics and Economics, an MBA with Honors from ESCP, and advanced certifications in credit risk, structured finance, and investment regulation. His career spans building Lebanon’s first securitization investment bank and establishing the legal framework for the industry.
As Managing Director at FFA Private Bank, he refined his expertise in complex financial solutions before founding Subsidium Advisors. His work includes restructuring an $11B bank, leading over $1.5B in World Bank Group transactions, and guiding sovereigns, corporates, and financial institutions through complex transformations.
